Personal Trainer and Aerobic/Cardio Class Leader/Instructor Includes fitness professionals who develop personalized exercise plans, support clients in their holistic health goals, and teach group fitness classes. Examples include, but are not limited to, an athletic trainer, strength trainer/coach, staff and personal trainers, aerobic class instructor, fitness coach, etc.
Instructors may be required to understand military fitness standards, modifications for disabled participants, and possess accredited fitness certifications.
